Native Milk is a growing dairy brand focused on building a trusted and convenient milk and dairy experience for consumers. We are expanding our presence across our direct-to-consumer website and major online commerce channels.

We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Specialist who can take ownership of our online sales channels and help drive sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow sales across the Native Milk website, Amazon and quick-commerce channels.
- Manage product listings, descriptions, images, pricing and content to maintain accurate and effective product pages.
- Plan and manage digital advertising campaigns across relevant e-commerce and digital advertising platforms.
- Monitor sales, advertising performance, conversion rates, customer acquisition and other key performance indicators.
- Plan and execute promotions, offers and campaigns based on business objectives and platform requirements.
- Coordinate with operations and supply chain teams to maintain appropriate inventory levels and support timely order fulfilment.




- Assist with demand forecasting and inventory planning for online channels.
- Track channel performance and prepare regular reports and dashboards.
- Identify opportunities to improve product visibility, conversion and revenue.
- Work closely with marketing, operations and customer service teams to improve the overall online customer experience.
- Stay updated on e-commerce trends, platform changes and opportunities for business growth.

Required Qualifications and Experience
- 3–6 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, preferably in the FMCG, F&B; or dairy industry.
- Proven experience in growing online sales for a consumer brand.
- Experience managing direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels.
- Hands-on experience with at least one major quick-commerce platform.
- Robust understanding of product listings, promotions, online merchandising and e-commerce operations.
