Position Overview
We are seeking an active, customer-focused Rentals and Sales Manager – Community Operations to manage property operations and handle real estate inquiries within our partnered communities.
In this role,



you will be the single point of contact (SPOC) on-site—managing property inquiries, conducting site visits, coordinating with residents, and closing rental/sales deals. Both freshers eager to grow in real estate and experienced candidates are welcome to apply

Key Responsibilities
- Community Operations:
- Serve as the main point of contact for property owners, residents, and community boards in assigned communities.
- Oversee day-to-day site operations, property maintenance requests, and general resident queries.
- Rental & Sales Management:
- Handle incoming inquiries for property rentals, sales, and management services.
- Schedule and conduct site tours, property walkthroughs, and client visits.
- Guide prospects from initial inquiry to contract signing and tenant onboarding.
- Maintain inquiry logs, lead pipelines, and occupancy tracking.
