Job Description

BRD Car World is looking for energetic and customer-focused Sales Executives to join our Arena and Nexa dealership teams. The ideal candidate should have a passion for automobile sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong customer relationships. Freshers with a strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

* Generate leads through walk-ins, referrals, field activities, and digital enquiries.

* Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.

* Conduct vehicle presentations and test-drive coordination.

* Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.

* Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

* Coordinate with finance, insurance, and delivery teams for smooth vehicle delivery.





* Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.

* Stay updated on product features, offers, and competitor activities.

Requirements

* Any graduate (BBA, B.Com, MBA or equivalent preferred).

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

* Passion for sales and customer service.

* Strong negotiation and convincing skills.

* Willingness to learn and grow in the automobile industry.

* Prior experience in automobile sales is an advantage.
