Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily production and fabrication activities.
- Manage shop-floor manpower and allocate work efficiently.
- Monitor production targets, quality standards and timelines.
- Supervise cutting, welding, drilling, bending and assembly operations.
- Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machinery and materials.
- Coordinate with the Production Manager and other departments.
- Maintain daily production reports and records.
- Ensure workplace safety and discipline on the shop floor.
- Identify production issues and take corrective actions.

Required Skills
- Diploma/ITI in Mechanical/Fabrication or relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years of experience in production/fabrication, preferably solar/steel structure.
- Good knowledge of fabrication processes and shop-floor operations.
- Robust manpower handling and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to achieve production targets within timelines.
