Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator to support a Performance Marketing team.
This role is ideal for someone who is comfortable navigating digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager, enjoys process-driven work, and takes pride in keeping advertising accounts, reporting, and operational tasks organized and on schedule.
The successful candidate will support multiple client accounts in a fast-paced environment where priorities may change throughout the day. Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and the ability to manage multiple requests independently are essential.
Key Responsibilities
Google Ads & Meta Ads Operations
Create and assist with the setup of new Google Ads accounts during client onboarding.
Set up conversion actions and payment profiles.
Perform routine Google Ads account audits.




Complete call tracking audits and tagging activities.
Update campaign budgets across Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
Capture screenshots and campaign information for internal stakeholders.
Assist with recurring advertising account maintenance and operational tasks.
Reporting & Analytics
Build and maintain digital advertising reports.
Audit reports and ensure information is accurate and up to date.
Populate weekly reporting spreadsheets.
Maintain and update dashboards.
Verify reporting accuracy and identify discrepancies.
Assist with recurring reporting and data-related operational tasks.
Administrative & Operational Support
Monitor and respond to internal requests through project management and communication platforms.
Prioritize incoming operational requests based on urgency and importance.
Support the Performance Marketing team with recurring administrative tasks.
