This is an onsite position, 5 days/week, in the Vadodara office. Remote applicants will not be considered.
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Team Lead who will actively design, code, and deploy AI-powered healthcare applications while guiding a team of developers. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, leadership, and the ability to work closely with stakeholders to deliver compliant, scalable, and impactful solutions.
Responsibilities for the Lead UI UX
Lead design and development of features within .NET-based healthcare applications
Lead architectural decisions for cloud-native, microservices-based systems ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability
Guide the team on where and how AI can be applied pragmatically to existing workflows
Architect and implement AI/ML capabilities, including agent-based or work
