Job Summary

We are seeking a mid-level to senior Power BI Developer with solid dashboard UI/UX expertise to design and deliver high-impact, intuitive analytics experiences for business stakeholders within Client Financial Insurance Services (CFIS). This role sits within the BI, Data,



and AI team and is responsible for end-to-end dashboard development — from business requirements and wireframing through semantic model alignment, DAX measures, Power Query transformations, and performance optimization. The developer will play a key role in maintaining and expanding our library of 18+ key dashboards and 100+ governed reports that drive financial, operational, and strategic decision-making across the insurance division.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Dashboard Development: Own the full lifecycle of Power BI report and dashboard development — requirements gathering, wireframe/mockup creation, data model alignment, DAX measure authoring, Power Query transformations, visual design, user acceptance testing, and production deployment. Ensure every deliverable is accurate, fast, and easy to consume.
