Sales Engineer
Job Purpose
To achieve sales targets by developing new business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and promoting the company's products and solutions within the assigned territory. The Sales Engineer is responsible for identifying customer requirements, providing technical solutions, preparing quotations, and supporting customers throughout the sales cycle to drive revenue growth.
Major Accountabilities
Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets for the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key stakeholders.
Conduct customer visits, technical presentations, and product demonstrations.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Prepare techno-commercial proposals and quotations.
Negotiate commercial terms and close sales orders.
Coordinate with internal departments such as Application Engineering, Production, Logistics, and Accounts to ensure timely order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, customer records, and CRM updates.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
Ensure timely collection of payments and resolve customer issues effectively.
Prepare periodic sales reports and submit them to management.
