Azure & GCP Cloud Services
L1/L2 User Support, Hardware/Software Troubleshooting & IT Operations.
Manage IT assets, software licenses, subscriptions, procurement, billing, and vendor coordination.
Install and support Tally Server/Client and other business applications as required.
Provide technical support for AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud services, including AWS EC2, VPC, IAM, S3, and Cost Explorer.
Provide technical support to users and maintain valuable communication, coordination, and issue resolution.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Linux Server environments, including installation, configuration, upgrades, migration, patching, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File Server, Group Policies
Configure and troubleshoot LAN,WAN, VLAN, TCP/IP, Switches, Routers, wireless access points, and network connectivity.
Configure and manage FortiGate Firewall.
