YOUR NEW ROLE
Primarily focused on collaborating with business stakeholders and designing systems,



which account for approximately 70% of efforts. The remaining 30% involved implementation, team mentoring, and system reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, challenges, and goals, ensuring alignment with technical strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive technical solutions that are scalable, secure, and cost-effective. This often involves designing cloud architectures, microservices, or event-driven systems
Assess existing systems, recommend new technologies, and oversee the integration of tools to improve operational efficiency.
Create clear and detailed documentation for architectural designs, including flow diagrams, technical specifications, and deployment processes.
Act as a bridge between business teams and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned on project objectives and timelines.
