What we’re looking for:
Position Overview:
The Junior/ Executive Demand Planning Analyst will support demand forecasting, inventory monitoring, and reporting activities to ensure efficient supply chain operations. The role involves maintaining forecast data, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and supporting the monthly S&OP; process. The candidate should possess robust analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data management.

Responsibilities:




• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly demand forecasts by maintaining customer-level and material-level sales data and incorporating input received from the sales team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Supply Planning teams to gather demand-related information.
• Assist in analyzing forecast performance and identify gaps between forecast and actual sales.
• Generate and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly demand reports.
• Assist in preparing presentations and reports for review meetings.
• Upload approved forecasts into planning systems and ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory and share reports with relevant teams for appropriate action.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate forecasts and inform cross – functional teams.
Required Knowledge/Skills:
Technical Skills
• Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred).
•Knowledge of ERP system
