Key Responsibilities
· Deliver fabrication jobs within defined quality, safety, and timeline standards.
· Support maintenance, shutdown, and reliability initiatives through quality fabrication and repair work.
· Lead fabrication teams in executing repairs, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.
· Ensure compliance with safety permits, TPM, 6S, and workplace excellence standards.
· Manage fabrication resources, tools, consumables, and contractor activities effectively.
· Drive cost optimization through efficient material utilization and reduction of rework.

Qualifications & Experience
Diploma / ITI in Mechanical or related discipline. Significant experience in fabrication, welding, plant maintenance, shutdown execution, and equipment repair activities.
