About the Role
As a Cybersecurity Program Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of HARMAN’s strategic cybersecurity initiatives.



This is an individual contributor role responsible for managing complex, cross-functional projects that strengthen the organization's security posture, reduce cyber risk, and support business objectives. Working closely with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Cloud, Digital Workplace, Engineering, and business stakeholders, you will coordinate enterprise-wide security initiatives ranging from infrastructure hardening to deployment of recent security technologies. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with HARMAN's cybersecurity strategy and governance standards.
