Key areas of responsibility

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead/ Architect to lead our DataHub initiatives. In this role, you will act as a technical coach and domain expert, driving excellence in software development, high-throughput messaging, and cloud-native architecture. You will be responsible for setting quality goals, mentoring engineering teams, and ensuring the seamless integration of complex data systems with a quality-first mindset.

Leadership & Coaching:



Act as the technical authority for the DataHub domain; mentor engineers and ensure the application of best practices and high coding standards in Golang.
Architecture & Design: Design and extend distributed architectures using NATS for real-time messaging and Kubernetes for orchestration.
Performance & Reliability: Analyze and optimize application performance; leverage robust analytical skills to diagnose and resolve complex system bottlenecks.
Operational Excellence: Implement automated testing, data validation, and CI/CD pipelines using Git/GitHub. Ensure high reliability in a containerized environment.
Business Alignment: Combine technical expertise with business acumen to work closely with Product Managers and stakeholders, shipping features that align with strategic user needs.

Required Technical Skills
Core Engineering: Expert proficiency in Golang, high-performance concurrent programming, and RESTful API design.
