As a Senior Software Engineer on the W+ Membership team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-impact initiatives that shape the future of customer loyalty at Walmart. You will lead the development of scalable platforms that power membership acquisition, retention, and engagement, while ensuring engineering excellence. As an experienced engineer, you will play a key role in defining technical strategy, driving cross-functional collaboration, and delivering customer-centric solutions.

What you'll do:
Responsible for the design, architecture, and end-to-end delivery of applications/feature , reusable libraries, and frameworks, with a robust emphasis on leveraging AI-powered tools for code generation, automation, and cross-platform development.
Raise the bar on best practices, code quality, documentation, testing, monitoring, and feature delivery by actively integrating AI-assisted coding, code review, and testing workflows into the engineering process.
Demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, including sharing AI-driven insights and recommendations for product and process improvements.
Champion sustainable engineering by continuously improving best practices, producing best-in-class code, documentation, testing, and monitoring, and adopting AI tools for productivity and quality assurance.
