About this role:
As a Technical Consultant at UptimeAI, you will be the primary technical point of contact for our customers throughout their entire journey—from onboarding and implementation to ongoing growth and expansion.



You will serve as the customer’s trusted technical advisor post-contract, ensuring their success by understanding their operations, translating requirements into actionable plans, and driving adoption, value realization, and optimization.
You will lead discovery sessions, capture detailed technical and operational requirements, and guide customers in maximizing the impact of UptimeAI solutions. Beyond technical execution, you will help customers understand the business value of the platform by connecting technical capabilities, insights, and outcomes to their operational goals.
You will play a key role in customer-facing engagements, including executive steering committees and value discussions, ensuring the right stakeholders are aligned on progress, outcomes, challenges, and opportunities. Your ability to build a compelling value story, communicate clearly with both technical and executive audiences, and advocate for customer goals will be critical in
