Position: Sales Representative – Bakery Products
Location: Bari Brahmana, Jammu

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to handle the sales and distribution of our bakery products in the local market. The candidate will be responsible for visiting retail shops, taking orders, developing new customers, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and achieving monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Visit retail stores, supermarkets, wholesalers, and other potential customers on a daily basis.
- Generate recent customers and develop business with existing retailers.
- Take regular orders and ensure proper follow-up until delivery.
- Promote and sell bakery products such as biscuits, cookies, rusk, khari, cakes, and other food products.
- Maintain good relationships with retailers and wholesalers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets.
- Monitor product availability and ensure proper stock placement at retail outlets.




- Collect market feedback regarding customer demand, competitor products, pricing, and market schemes.
- Follow up on outstanding payments from customers.
- Coordinate with the office, production, and delivery teams regarding orders and customer requirements.
- Submit daily sales and market visit reports.
- Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in FMCG, bakery, food, or similar sales is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in the field and travel within the assigned market.
- Strong customer-handling and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with regular market visits.
- Basic knowledge of smartphones, WhatsApp, and sales reporting.
- Two-wheeler and a valid driving licence will be preferred.

Salary & Incentives

Salary: ₹20000 per month
