Key Responsibilities / Requirements

Prepare daily, weekly and monthly production plans based on customer orders and dispatch requirements.

Prepare and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS).

Plan production machine-wise and process-wise based on available capacity.

Monitor Production Plan vs Actual on a daily basis.

Track machine capacity utilization, machine availability and production output.

Coordinate with Production, SCM, Purchase, Stores, QC and Maintenance for smooth production execution.

Check raw material availability before finalizing the production plan.

Identify material shortages and production bottlenecks in advance.

Monitor pending production orders and ensure timely completion.

Track WIP across different production processes.

Optimize production sequence to minimize changeovers and production losses.

Coordinate with QC for quality holds, rejections and rework affecting production.

Coordinate with Maintenance regarding planned and breakdown machine downtime.

Ensure production work orders are created and updated correctly in TSS ERP.





Maintain accurate production and planning data in ERP.

Prepare daily and monthly PPC MIS reports.

Track Schedule Adherence, Plan Achievement, Capacity Utilization, WIP and Production Efficiency.

Highlight production delays and critical orders to management on a timely basis.

Maintain accurate and updated production planning records in Excel / Google Sheets.

Identify opportunities for improving production planning, machine utilization and overall plant efficiency.

Desired Skills

Good knowledge of PPC and manufacturing processes.

Good understanding of machine capacity and production planning.

Strong knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.

ERP experience preferred.

Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

Robust follow-up and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent production requirements.
