HR Textile & Garment Industry
- Location: Ondipudur, Coimbatore
- Experience: 2 - 6 years in textile/garment manufacturing
- Education: Bachelor’s/MBA in HR, IR, or related field
- Key Role: Manage end-to-end HR operations with focus on blue-collar recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit sewing operators, helpers, checkers, cutters, finishing staff, etc.
- Handle onboarding, attendance, leave, payroll inputs, HR records and HRIS.
- Manage SEDEX/SMETA, CTPAT, BSCI, WRAP and buyer compliance audits.
- Ensure PF, ESI, Minimum Wages, CLRA, working hours and other statutory compliance.
- Conduct internal audits, worker training and CAP closure.
- Handle employee grievances, welfare and shop-floor HR activities.
- Coordinate with Production, IE, Compliance and Management.

Required Skills: Blue-collar recruitment, labour laws, social compliance audits, MS Office/Excel, HRIS, robust communication and documentation skills.
