Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and result-oriented Inside Sales & Procurement Executive to handle customer enquiries, sales coordination, vendor communication, quotations, purchasing, and inventory requirements.

The candidate will coordinate between customers, vendors, sales, service, inventory, and accounts teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely availability of IT products and equipment.

Key Responsibilities – Inside Sales

· Handle incoming customer enquiries through phone, email, WhatsApp, and other channels.

· Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers.

· Understand customer requirements for laptops, desktops, printers, servers, networking equipment, CCTV, accessories, and IT rental services.

· Prepare and send quotations to customers.

· Follow up on quotations and convert enquiries into orders.





· Maintain customer and enquiry details in Excel/CRM.

· Coordinate with the service and inventory teams for product availability.

· Follow up for purchase orders and required customer documents.

· Maintain daily enquiry, quotation, follow-up, and sales reports.

· Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers.

· Identify new sales opportunities and support achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities – Procurement

· Identify and communicate with suppliers/vendors for required IT products and equipment.

· Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors.

· Negotiate prices, payment terms, delivery timelines, and other commercial terms.

· Prepare purchase orders after approval.

· Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.

· Verify product specifications, quantity, price, and availability before purchase.
