We are looking for a confident and customer-friendly Client Relationship Executive to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities Explain our products and services to clients in a clear and professional manner. Handle customer inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, and in-person visits. Take and confirm customer orders accurately. Follow up with customers regarding quotations, order status, and payments. Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order processing. Maintain customer records and update follow-up details. Build long-term relationships by providing excellent customer service. Requirements Good communication skills in Marathi and Hindi (English is a plus). Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business. Friendly, confident, and well-organized. Experience in customer service or sales is preferred but freshers with good communication skills are welcome.

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
