We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to manage our B2C Credit Transfer Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the team, monitoring performance, ensuring process compliance, handling customer escalations, and driving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the team handling credit transfer processes and customer interactions.
- Monitor team performance, productivity, and achievement of targets.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance support to team members.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of credit transfer applications and transactions.
- Handle customer escalations and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Coordinate with internal departments to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Prepare daily/weekly performance reports and maintain operational records.
- Conduct team training on product knowledge, processes,



and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, data security, and quality standards.

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in team handling, operations, sales, or a related field.
- Experience in the education sector or credit transfer operations will be an advantage.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Target-oriented with effective team management abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and performance-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace and CRM tools is preferred.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
