Job Summary
We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our HR team as HR Executives. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and human resources.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist with end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Maintain and update candidate and employee records.
- Support onboarding and documentation activities.
- Assist the HR team with day-to-day HR operations.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and updates.

Requirements
- Freshers/01 year experience can apply.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.




- Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.
