Role Overview:
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Executive with 0-6months of experience in B2B/IT sales who can manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities
- Handle inbound & outbound leads efficiently
- Conduct client meetings, calls, and product demos
- Present ERP & IT solutions based on client requirements
- Manage the complete sales cycle and close deals
- Achieve assigned revenue targets
- Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Skills Required:
- 0-6months of experience in Business Development / Sales
- Strong communication & negotiation skills
- Lead generation & client handling ability
