1. Production Execution & Supervision:
- Guide operators and workers to achieve production targets.
- Prevent time delays and ensure production schedules are met.
- Ensure material availability and coordinate manufacturing activities.

2. Quality Assurance & Process Control:
- Conduct in-process checks and inspections as per the "Quality Assurance Plan."
- Maintain process control charts and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance of all equipment and machinery.

3. Welding Process & Qualification:
- Coordinate the qualification of welders and welding processes.
- Ensure adherence to welding standards and work instructions.

4. Documentation & Technical Support:
- Provide machine operators with necessary drawings and work instructions.




- Maintain and update process documentation as required.

5. IMS Policy Implementation:
- Establish, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System (IMS) policy within the defined scope.
- Ensure IMS policy is documented, communicated, and available to relevant stakeholders.

6. Stakeholder & Compliance Management:
- Identify and address internal and external factors affecting production efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
- Collaborate with planning, engineering, and procurement teams to facilitate smooth operations.
