As we scale our team, we are looking for an HR Manager who can build and run a smooth, people-first recruitment and administrative engine to support our growing workforce.

Role Overview

As an HR Manager, you will own end-to-end recruitment coordination and support core HR administrative functions for TeamSuccesso. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, people-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple hiring pipelines and administrative processes at once.

This is a hybrid role, combining in-office collaboration with the flexibility of work from home.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews,



and managing candidate communication across roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and build effective job descriptions and hiring plans.
- Manage job postings across job boards, social media, and career platforms to attract quality candidates.
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment trackers/dashboards.
- Support onboarding of new hires, including documentation, orientation scheduling, and induction coordination.
- Assist with HR administrative activities such as maintaining employee records, attendance tracking, and policy documentation.
- Coordinate offer letters, background verification, and joining formalities for new employees.
- Support employee engagement initiatives and help maintain a positive, collaborative work culture.
- Ensure recruitment and HR processes are compliant with company policy and applicable labor regulations.
