Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Head will lead Sunora Solars sales operations in the assigned region, driving growth in solar rooftop, utility-scale, and EPC projects. The role demands strong business development expertise, team leadership, and market understanding to expand Sunoras footprint and achieve revenue targets.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and business development for solar EPC projects, rooftop installations, and utility-scale opportunities in the region.
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with Sunora Solar’s business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, channel partners, government bodies, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new opportunities, segments, and partnerships to grow market share.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the regional sales team to achieve sales targets and deliver customer satisfaction.
- Monitor competitor activities,



market trends, and regulatory updates to support decision-making.
- Collaborate with the engineering and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and client handover.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables and manage region-specific credit control.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management.
- Represent Sunora Solar at industry events, exhibitions, and networking forums.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Energy) or Business Administration;
