Job Description:
* Maintain complete books of accounts in Tally Prime
* Handle purchase, sales, expenses, receipts, payments and journal entries
* Manage GST reconciliation, return preparation and coordination with CA
* Handle TDS calculations, deductions, payments and return-related data
* Perform bank, vendor, customer and ledger reconciliations
* Maintain accounts receivable and payable with regular payment follow-ups
* Prepare MIS reports, cash-flow statements, outstanding reports and monthly profitability reports
* Verify purchase bills, sales invoices, expense vouchers and supporting documents
* Monitor customer recovery, subsidy receivables and loan disbursements
* Maintain project-wise costing, inventory accounting and branch reconciliation
* Support monthly closing, statutory compliance, audits and finalization of accounts
