Roles and Responsibilities :
- - Supervise the shift and ensure proper picking and putaway of material received in WH,
- Lead and manage a team of up to 30 ground staff, allocating daily tasks, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to safety standards during all warehouse activities, attendance monitoring and daily reporting.
- Maintain accurate and real-time inventory records using MS Excel, Warehouse Management Software (WMS), SAP ERP, and EWM.
- Highlight discrepancies and abnormalities, ensure effective utilization of WH.
- Prepare and present regular MIS reports on inventory levels, operational performance, and warehouse efficiency to the Stores Manager.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety protocols, industry regulations, and customs/statutory requirements applicable to raw material storage and handling.




- Coordinate with procurement, quality, and production teams to ensure timely and accurate material availability.
- Conduct periodic stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize production losses.
- Ensure housekeeping, 5S, and safety standards are consistently maintained across the warehouse..

Job Requirements :
- 2-4 years of experience in stores management or related field.
- Proficiency in SAP EWM (Electronic Warehouse Management System) is essential.
- Robust understanding of inventory management principles, including GRN processing and material handling procedures.
