Position: Executive Material Shared Services (C1/C2)

Experience/Background/Qualification:
- B. Com / BBA / Any Graduate / Diploma in Engg.
- Experience: 2–4 years in Procurement / Supply Chain / Shared Services
- Experience in Automotive / Auto Components / Manufacturing industry preferred
- Exposure to overseas procurement or shared services workplace is an advantage

Required Competencies: Knowledge and Skills
- Good understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Hands-on working knowledge of SAP MM / procurement systems
- Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Strong team player with analytical and problem-solving ability
- Ability to coordinate with overseas stakeholders
- Understanding of procurement, governance and compliance
- Language skills is a must with intermediate/high proficiency in written and spoken English
- Willingness to work from office in shifts is mandatory

Position Description and Key Responsibilities:




- Execute endtoend procurement transactions including PR to PO conversion, PO amendments and order followups
- Support overseas business units by executing procurement activities from India Shared Services center
- Ensure accuracy of pricing, taxes and vendor details in SAP
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders and business units for smooth procurement execution
- Maintain procurement documentation and compliance in line with procurement policies and audit requirements
- Support transition and stabilization of procurement processes from overseas entities
- Assist in standardization of processes and continuous improvement initiatives within MSS
- Prepare operational MIS reports and support procurement performance tracking
