Key Responsibilities:
- Test raw materials, in-process samples and finished activated carbon products.
- Perform tests such as Iodine Value, CTC, Moisture, Ash, pH, Hardness, Density and Particle Size.
- Prepare COA, test reports and laboratory records.
- Ensure testing is carried out as per SOPs and customer specifications.
- Maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment.
- Report any quality deviations/non-conformities to the QA/Production team.
- Maintain laboratory 5S, safety and chemical handling procedures.
- Support Production and QA teams in resolving quality issues.
Qualification: B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry or equivalent.
Experience: 1–3 years in QC/Laboratory; activated carbon experience preferred.
