Job Summary

Vikrant Iron Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and experienced Area Sales Officer (ASO) with 1–2 years of experience in steel product sales. The candidate should have strong field sales experience and practical knowledge of selling products such as TMT Bars, Coils, and Durashine through retail and project channels.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and project customers.
- Generate current sales opportunities and achieve assigned monthly sales targets.
- Promote and sell TMT Bars, Coils, Durashine, and other company products.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, construction sites, projects, and potential customers.
- Manage sales activities in the assigned territory.
- Identify new dealers, retailers, projects, and business opportunities.




- Follow up on customer enquiries, orders, payments, and deliveries.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and provide market feedback to management.
- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and timely product delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the steel/iron industry.
- Experience selling TMT, coils, Durashine, or similar steel products will be preferred.
- Strong experience in retail sales and project sales.
- Good knowledge of local markets, dealers, retailers, contractors, and construction projects.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with regular field visits.
