Role Overview

We are looking for an RTR (Record-to-Report) Reporting professional to support financial reporting, balance sheet review, reconciliations, schedules, and financial analysis for an MNC environment. The role will involve coordination with internal stakeholders and our Vendor Partner to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities
- Review and analyse Trial Balance (TB) and identify unusual movements, variances, and accounting issues.
- Perform account reconciliations and review supporting schedules for balance sheet and P&L; accounts.
- Prepare and review financial schedules and supporting documentation for month-end and reporting activities.
- Perform financial analysis, including period-on-period variance analysis and investigation of significant movements.
- Support the month-end / year-end closing and reporting process.
- Ensure completeness, accuracy, and consistency of financial reporting data.
- Work with SAP for accounting, reporting, and financial data extraction/review.




- Apply IFRS principles in financial reporting and accounting activities.
- Coordinate with the Vendor Partner for accounting, reporting, reconciliations, and resolution of open items.
- Coordinate with internal finance teams and stakeholders to ensure timely closure of reporting requirements.
- Assist in identifying process gaps and improving RTR processes and controls.

Preferred candidate profile
- CA Fresher or CA with up to 2 years of post-qualification experience.
- Semi-qualified CA candidates may also be considered, provided they do not intend to pursue Nov 2026 examination.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of Trial Balance review, reconciliations, schedules, and financial analysis.
- Working knowledge of SAP is required.
- Knowledge of IFRS is preferred.
- Prior corporate/MNC experience in RTR, financial reporting, accounting, or controllership will be preferred.
