Role Overview
- Position: ITI Electrician – Site Execution
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Objective: To independently manage electrical work at residential and commercial project sites, ensuring high-quality, secure, and reliable results that prevent post-handover issues.

Key Responsibilities
- Technical Execution: Handle conduit work, wiring, DB dressing, lighting, equipment connections, and switchboard installations.
- Planning & Quality: Interpret electrical drawings and layouts, maintain site cleanliness, and conduct thorough testing of load distribution and safety before handover.
- Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and address service complaints professionally.
- Coordination: Collaborate effectively with clients, contractors, interior teams, and site supervisors.
- Accountability: Meet project timelines and minimize the need for rework.

Candidate Requirements
- Qualifications: ITI in Electrician or Wireman trade.
- Experience:



2–5 years of practical site experience is preferred, though freshers may also apply.
- Technical Knowledge: Must be proficient in electrical standards, including load calculations, earthing, MCBs, DBs, and cable/wire specifications.
- Professionalism: Candidates should be disciplined, punctual, and possess a problem-solving attitude.
- Preferences: Previous experience with premium interior, automation, or commercial/residential projects is considered an asset.

Compensation
- Salary: Determined by the candidate's practical knowledge, interview performance, and prior experience.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
