Key Responsibilities
- Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently as per production requirements.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, work instructions, and measurements.
- Set up machines, tools, fixtures, and workpieces as required.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
- Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments.
- Conduct in-process and final quality inspections using measuring instruments.
- Maintain production targets while ensuring accuracy and product quality.
- Identify machine or production issues and report them to the supervisor.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow workplace safety procedures.
- Perform basic machine maintenance and tool replacement when required.
- Maintain production records and ensure proper documentation.

Requirements
- Previous experience as a CNC Machine Operator is preferred.




- Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations and machining processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand basic dimensions and tolerances.
- Knowledge of measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, and Gauges.
- Good attention to detail and quality awareness.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Preferred Skills
- CNC turning / milling machine experience.
- Basic knowledge of machine offsets and tool setting.
- Knowledge of G-code/M-code is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
