Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end and high-volume recruitment while supporting key HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.

• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews.

• Manage mass hiring and multiple recruitment requirements.

• Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.

• Coordinate with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.

• Support offer, onboarding, and employer branding activities.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of recruitment/Talent Acquisition experience.

• Experience in mass/high-volume hiring.

• Strong communication, sourcing, and stakeholder management skills.

• Understanding of the digital/media ecosystem is preferred.
