3–4 years of experience
in HR, preferably with hands-on exposure to
Talent Acquisition and Talent Development

Key responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition
- Hiring across sales, and corporate functions
- Employee onboarding and engagement
- Training & development initiatives
- Performance management and HR processes
- Building a strong talent pipeline for business growth

What we’re looking for:
- 3–4 years of relevant HR experience
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in recruitment and talent development
- Ability to work in a quick-paced, growth-oriented organisation
