Position- Sonographer

Location- Colaba (Mumbai)

Qualification Required- B.Sc. in Radiology, Diploma in Radiology, Diploma in imagine technology

Experience- 1+ years

Preference- Female Candidate

Roles & Responsiblities for Radiographer: -
- To check all appointments for the day
- To greet and call the patient from the waiting area
- To coordinate with the radiologist
- To confirm appointments and manage schedules of corporate patients
- To coordinate with customer care executive to manage the flow of patients in the department
- To prepare the patient for the examination and give necessary instructions
- To follow PCPNDT rules and regulations as applicable
- To prepare monthly report and submit to PCPNDT local office
- To take required patient history
- To gain patient cooperation by reducing anxieties; providing explanations of procedure; answering questions




- To keep sonography equipment in quality working order
- To prepare patient for procedure by positioning patient
- To maintain safe and clean working setting by complying with procedures, rules,and regulations.
- To ensure all procedures for the day are reported in time
- To maintain USG supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies.
- Maintain a register with all the patients for the day
- Ensures operation of Sonography equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs; maintaining equipment inventories.
