Job Description:

Coordination with Stakeholders: Regular communication with supply lines, forwarders, clearing agents, and transporters.

Coordination for Deliveries of Materials.

Planning and Scheduling:



Efficiently plan and schedule deliveries to job sites, ensuring materials arrive within the required timelines.

Communication: Maintain explicit communication with all parties involved to avoid delays and ensure timely deliveries.

Delivery Planning: Following up with Transporter for status of vehicle in transit with shipment.

Skills Required:

Maintaining reports.

IT literate.

Excellent timekeeper.

Excellent attention to detail.

Hands on Advance excel.
