Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated fresh postgraduates to join our Field Sales team. The role provides exposure to
Architect, Project, and Retail Sales
, with opportunities to work directly with architects, builders, contractors, dealers, and other key customers to drive business growth in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with
Architects, Builders, Contractors, Dealers, and Retailers
.
- Visit architects and meet with builders, contractors, dealers, and retailers to generate recent leads and business opportunities.
- Conduct product presentations, explain product features, and promote products based on customer and project requirements.
- Identify new projects, market opportunities, and potential customers within the assigned territory.




- Support project specifications and follow up with architects and builders for project requirements.
- Develop and expand the dealer and retail network in the assigned territory.
- Follow up on leads, quotations, orders, payments, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and timely customer support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Maintain regular records of customer meetings, market visits, leads, and sales activities and submit daily/weekly reports.
- Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and contributing to overall business growth.

Eligibility Criteria
- Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related specialization.
- Freshers can apply (0–1 year of experience).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
