About the role
We are looking for an experienced BMS Product & Solutioning Leader to lead Tor.ai’s BMS, HVAC and Smart Building solutions. The role will own customer problem understanding, customized solution architecture and product solutioning, while leading Product Managers, Application Engineers and Solutioning Engineers.
The individual will work closely with customers,
Sales and Engineering teams to define the right solution, required product configurations and enhancements, and with Implementation and Support teams to ensure the solution is deployed correctly and delivers the intended outcome.
This is primarily a solution ownership and product leadership role, not a site implementation or project execution role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Tor.ai’s BMS, HVAC and Smart Building Product & Solutioning function, owning solution direction, technical quality and evolution of the offering.
- Engage with customers, consultants and senior stakeholders to understand operational challenges, system requirements, constraints and desired outcomes.
- Lead the design of customized BMS/HVAC solutions covering system architecture, control approach, integrations, communication topology, instrumentation and product configuration.
