We're looking for an experienced, target-driven, and hands-on Sales Manager to lead our Business Development team while actively contributing as an Individual Contributor (IC). This role requires someone who can generate revenue personally, mentor a team of SDRs/BD Executives, drive outbound sales strategies, and own the complete B2B sales lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have strong experience selling IT Services, AI Solutions, Software Development, SaaS, and Digital Transformation Services, with a minimum of 1 year of AI Sales experience. The candidate should be capable of engaging with CXOs, Decision Makers, and Enterprise Clients across domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Business Development Executives to consistently achieve business targets.
- Act as an Individual Contributor (IC) by generating recent business opportunities and closing strategic deals.
- Develop and execute Outbound Sales, Lead Generation, and Account-Based Selling strategies.




- Drive business through Cold Calling, Email Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, networking, and referrals.
- Own the complete sales cycle from Prospecting, Lead Qualification, Discovery Calls, Solution Presentation, Proposal Submission, Negotiation, and Deal Closure.
- Build strong relationships with CXOs, Founders, IT Heads, Procurement Teams, and Business Leaders.
- Promote and sell IT Services, AI Solutions, Software Development, Cloud Services, Digital Transformation, and Resource Augmentation services.
- Coach the sales team on prospecting techniques, objection handling, negotiation, CRM hygiene, and consultative selling.
- Review sales pipeline, forecast revenue, and ensure accurate reporting through HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar CRM platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Pre-Sales, Technical, Delivery, and Leadership teams to develop winning proposals and customer solutions.
