Role Overview
We are looking for energetic, presentable, and growth-oriented candidates who want to build a career in IT sales, business development, lead generation, government business, enterprise solution sales, and international market development. This is a startup growth role where the selected candidate will work closely with the founder and business team. Based on interest, capability, and experience, the candidate may be aligned to one or more of the following business tracks:

Pay Range
- Rs. 10,000 - Rs. 20,000 per month for interns/freshers. Experienced candidates may be

This role is suitable for MBA freshers, sales and marketing graduates, IT-background candidates, interns,
and experienced business development professionals who are comfortable with calls, visits, meetings, presentations, research, follow-ups, and revenue-focused execution.
Key Responsibilities
*1. Government Business & Tender Support*
This track is suitable for candidates interested in government business, tenders, bid portals, proposal coordination, and institutional sales.
• Search relevant government tenders, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs, and procurement opportunities.
• Track government bid portals, GeM, e-procurement portals, department websites, and startup-related schemes.
• Maintain a tender tracker with eligibility, deadlines, required documents, EMD, scope, and submission status.
• Support preparation of tender documents, technical proposals, company profiles, declarations, annexures, and compliance sheets.
• Coordinate with technical, finance, and management teams for bid submission.
