Role Description
The Management Trainee – Sales is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad.



The person in this role will support the sales team by learning and participating in the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client interactions, property presentations, and closing support. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing accurate information about projects, and maintaining strong relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. The role involves working closely with senior sales professionals to understand sales strategies, CRM tools, and reporting processes, while contributing to sales targets and business growth. The Management Trainee will also attend trainings, team meetings, and site visits to gain hands-on exposure to real estate sales operations.
