Role & responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment and hiring process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
- Prepare and post job descriptions on recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, and other hiring channels.
- Screen CVs and conduct initial candidate interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Negotiate and coordinate salary discussions with selected candidates.

Preferred candidate profile
- Strong experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Good knowledge of HR operations and employee documentation.
- Good understanding of attendance, leave, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Knowledge of applicable labour laws and statutory compliance.
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good MS Excel and MS Office skills.
