Role Description
The Human Resources Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers.



The recruiter will maintain accurate applicant tracking, support offer negotiations, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new team members. The role also involves building talent pipelines, maintaining relationships with external agencies and educational institutions, and supporting HR initiatives such as employer branding and employee engagement. The recruiter will collaborate closely with HR and business leaders to understand workforce needs and deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview coordination, with experience managing end-to-end recruitment cycles.
- Ability to build and maintain talent pipelines, work with external recruitment partners, and support campus or lateral hiring initiatives.
