Job Summary

The Change Management Specialist for Country Regulatory Reporting will be responsible for managing and implementing change initiatives within the regulatory reporting function. This role will ensure that all regulatory reporting changes are effectively planned, communicated, and executed to meet compliance requirements and enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Change Management:
- Lead and manage change initiatives related to regulatory reporting requirements.
- Develop and execute change management plans, including stakeholder analysis, communication strategies, and training programs.




- Ensure changes are effectively integrated into the existing regulatory reporting processes and systems.

Regulatory Compliance:
- Stay updated with country-specific regulatory requirements and ensure all changes comply with local regulations.
- Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to interpret and implement regulatory changes.

Project Management:
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor change projects to ensure timely and successful implementation.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
