Role & responsibilities
- Supervise and manage production staff across shifts.
- Ensure adherence to production schedules, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Monitor workflow, equipment performance, and resource utilization.
- Conduct daily briefings and assign tasks to operators and technicians.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate records of production output, downtime, and resource usage.
- Collaborate with planning, quality, and maintenance teams to optimize operations.
- Train and mentor team members to improve skills and productivity.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives (lean manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering (preferred).
- 35 years of experience in manufacturing/production supervision.
- Robust knowledge of production processes, equipment, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
