Key Requirements
- Strong experience in Plant HR & Industrial Relations.
- Expert knowledge of HRMS software implementation, configuration, attendance, leave, payroll, employee lifecycle and MIS.
- Robust hands-on expertise in Payroll Processing & Salary Administration.
- Excellent MS Excel & HR MIS skills.
- Expert in Timekeeping, Biometric Attendance, Shift & Overtime Management.
- Strong knowledge of Labour Laws & Statutory Compliance PF, ESI, PT, CLRA, Gratuity, Bonus, etc.
- Experience in Contract Labour Management, Employee Grievances & Disciplinary Matters.
- Strong Government Liaisoning with Labour, PF, ESI and Factory authorities.
- Ability to manage complete Plant HR Operations independently.

Qualification: MBA / PGDM HR preferred.

Preferred Industry: Iron & Steel / Steel / Heavy Engineering / Manufacturing.

Ideal Candidate: A hands-on Plant HR professional with strong expertise in HRMS + Payroll + Excel + Timekeeping + Industrial Relations + Labour Laws.
