Role Description
The Account Manager is a full-time, remote role responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. Day-to-day tasks include serving as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding client business needs, and coordinating with internal technical and support teams to deliver software solutions. The Account Manager will track account performance, prepare regular status reports, and address issues or escalations in a timely, professional manner. This role also involves negotiating renewals,



supporting upsell and cross-sell initiatives, and contributing feedback to improve company products and services. The position requires proactive communication, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently while collaborating with colleagues across time zones.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in account management, customer success, or client services, preferably within a software or technology environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and present information clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Solid organizational and time-management abilities, including handling multiple accounts, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a remote setting.
- Basic understanding of software products, SaaS models, or IT services, and the ability to translate client requirements
